Yes our inflatables are checked by us after each use and are tested yearly by PIPA. The inspection report is on the website and the corresponding tag on the inflatable.

Yes we have public liability insurance which is on our website and can be downloaded or if requested we can send you a copy.

We deliver within a 10 mile area of Wadebridge. If you can’t find your postcode on our booking system please contact us as we may still be able to help.

The dimensions of each inflatable are on the website and it is your responsibility  to ensure their is sufficient space at the venue. If it is being used in a hall please check the ceiling height and size of the room.

All bookings have a minimum 2 hours or maximum 7 hours (additional fees after this time). We will contact you to arrange the times of delivery and collection.

Please let us know of any stairs or limited access to the venue. The site where the inflatable is to be placed must be clear and reasonably level making sure all stones, sharp objects and dog foul is removed.

We do not allow face paints on our inflatables as they can stain. If you leave the inflatable in a dirty condition of break any of the hire agreement rules, like taking food and drink onto the inflatables you may be charged a cleaning fee and the cost of any repairs.

If the forecast is looking bad we will contact you to see if it will be safe to go ahead with the hire. It may be wise to have an indoor venue in mind that you could use.
If we have to cancel due to bad weather and you are unable to book an indoor venue then we will either rearrange a date or give you a full refund.
If it rains during your booking the inflatable must be left up and not used, for safety reasons. 

Cancellation by Us
We will NOT issue refunds for lack of space, wrong surface type, no electric point available or land that is not owned by you, as these are down to you to check.
If we have to cancel due to bad weather and you are unable to book an indoor venue then we will either rearrange a date or give you a full refund.

 Cancellation by You
Any cancelled orders are subject to the following cancellation charges:

  • More than 7 days prior to the event date, you will lose any booking fee you have paid.
  • Within 7 days of the event date, 50% of the total booking must be paid.
  • Up to 5pm on the day the day before the event date, 75% of the booking total must be paid.
  • On day of the event, 100% of the booking total must be paid.
    If you are cancelling due to bad weather for outdoor events providing that you re-book your event for a later date (subject to availability), none of the above cancellation charges will need to be paid and we will allocate any payments already made to the new booking. (You must rebook your inflatable for a date within 6 months of your original booking date).
